Join Our Team as a Senior Specialist, People Data, Processes & Systems
Are you ready to make a global impact in HR? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Specialist, People Data, Processes & Systems to enhance our HR processes and systems, ensuring exceptional service delivery across our global business units. This role is to be based out of the Data, Process and Systems COE in our Global HQ in Almere, the Netherlands.

Optimize HR processes and systems:
- Provide first-level support for core HR systems.
- Manage system administration and maintenance.
- Drive automation and process improvements.
- Create user documentation and training materials.
- Test and implement system changes.
- Promote the HR Portal as the primary resource for employees and managers.
- Perform mass data uploads and generate reports
- Support HR dashboards and data needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency with HRMS systems (e.g., Success Factors).
- Experience in HR service delivery and process optimization.
- Proven ability to manage global system implementation projects.
- Comfort working in a global, multicultural environment.
- Background in semiconductor or high-tech industries is a plus.
You excel in planning and organization, effortlessly managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure exceptional outcomes. With outstanding communication and consultation skills, you effectively serve your internal customers. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at leading best practices, both independently and as part of a high-performing People Services team.
