ABOUT THE JOB

In the fast-paced world of digital transformation, our role is to empower our clients with solutions that revolutionise their operations, customer engagement, and market positioning. The need for Project Managers who can lead teams to success has never been greater. At Nextview, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our clients strategic goals with the outcomes of the individual project(s). You will be leading these projects in order to drive organisational change at our clients organisation, envisioning their future customer experience and internal organisation and ensuring the implementation of the supporting Salesforce capabilities.

WHAT YOU'll BE DOING

Overseeing and managing the entire process from quotation (associated assumptions, project approach, risk, team setup of a multidisciplinary team, planning and budget) to the realisation of the project goal(s) at our client.
Creating new opportunities for Nextview during the client lifecycle and collaborate closely with Sales colleagues and the Salesforce AE on the strategy in the client account plan.
Leading the project or continuous development cycle by:

• Managing the full lifecycle of client engagements on time and within budget through effective project governance, clear written and verbal communication, and managing client expectations.
  
• Collaborating with internal and client team members and stakeholders throughout the entire engagement lifecycle spanning, technology agnostic discovery activities, design of customer and employee journeys, creation of PSA, roadmapping, Salesforce configuration, build, testing, deployment, post-go-live support and adoption activities.
  
• Building, managing, supporting & motivating the multi-disciplinary team, consisting of developers, Salesforce consultants, service and UX/UI designers, business consultants and architects.
  
• Build a cooperative network environment where the Nextview team and the client team combined are able to collaborate and communicate open and effectively.
  
• Having a strong focus on delivering valuable outcome, ensuring quality of the deliverables, while monitoring the progress, budget and planning.
  
• You’re able to identify (potential) project risks (i.e. valuable outcome, specs, costs, planning, etc) and able to develop risk mitigations, define corrective actions and drive projects to successful delivery. In case of bottlenecks; you’re able to proactively intervene.
  
• leading our projects according to our Design-Led Approach; strongly based on design thinking and agile principles, from discovery, via implementation and go-lives towards successful adoption of organisational changes supported by the Salesforce capabilities.
  
• Excellent communication towards our client, stakeholders and the project team. Multi-level stakeholder management, incl stakeholders from our client, partners and our internal organisation.
  
• Gathering and reporting project performance and progress information (e.g. outcome, quality, status, time, money, etc) to senior management, project team and our clients management.
  
• Ensuring proper documentation and effective transfer of project results and associated knowledge.
  

Being a trusted advisor for our clients on a strategic level, in a billable manner.
Deploying our own project approach improvements, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a full-time position.
Please note that, due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess valid and relevant work permits that allow full-time employment in Germany. This requirement is essential for the successful execution of the role and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this prerequisite.

• You have 5+ experience in project management and/or strategy and management consulting, in the context of innovation and digital transformation, particularly in delivering Salesforce, CRM implementations or Saa S transformations.
• You’re passionate about how technology can enable business processes to achieve their objectives, design, innovation and strategy.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Digital projects, IT architecture and software development lifecycle.
• You are familiar with Agile project management, Agile and Scrum principles and project management tools like Jira.
• Being familiar with design or design thinking is a pro
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Preferably holding PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building robust relationships with clients and internal teams and multi level stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills in German and English (is a must).
• Willingness and commitment to continuous learning (e.g. Salesforce certifications).
