ABOUT THE JOB

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Managed Services team, delivering exceptional marketing solutions and support to our diverse, international client base. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in SFMC to help our clients design, implement, and optimize their marketing automation strategies.
Additional expertise of MCAE (Pardot) or any Core Cloud is a big plus, as often you will work with multi-cloud clients.
Working within an international, fast-paced environment, you'll bring a proactive, customer-centric mindset that prioritizes quality and results. Your technical marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills will make you a trusted advisor for our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Collaborate with an international Managed Services team, working closely with peers across multiple countries to deliver top-tier marketing solutions.
• Utilize your deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, etc.) to support and optimize clients' marketing strategies. Additional Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) expertise, eventually any other Core Cloud knowledge is very welcomed.
• Act as a trusted consultant, analyzing customer requirements and designing tailored solutions to meet their marketing goals.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancement services, including resolving incidents within agreed SLAs, implementing system changes, and optimizing campaign performance.
• Conduct data management tasks, including data imports, segmentation, and hygiene, to ensure effective targeting and reporting.
• Guide clients through complex issues, using your technical skills to reverse-engineer problems and implement swift, effective solutions.
• Engage in proactive communication with clients, setting and managing expectations while advising on best practices and opportunities for marketing automation improvements.
• Operate within a service organization, effectively performing triage, managing multiple customer projects simultaneously, and ensuring high service levels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SFMC (or other) features and trends, continuously enhancing your skill set to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Participate in standby shifts according to a rotating schedule, with financial compensation and/or time-for-time offsets.

ABOUT YOU

Important note to Candidates:
We can only consider applicants who currently reside in Poland or the Czech Republic and hold a valid work permit (to clarify, we do not sponsor visas).

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) in consulting or end-user roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging SFMC capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of SFMC tools, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Mobile Studio, and Pardot functionalities such as Lead Scoring, Grading, and Engagement Programs.
• Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Pardot Specialist/Consultant are preferred. If not certified, willingness to achieve relevant certifications within the first 6-12 months.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex marketing requirements, data management processes, and how to develop tailored marketing solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical marketing concepts into understandable language for clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive, can-do mindset with a strong decision-making capability to tackle challenges as they arise and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring that client satisfaction remains a top priority.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
