ABOUT THE JOB
Please note: The position is for 24 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours based on project needs and mutual agreement.As an HR Business Partner, you will be essential in fostering an engaging and positive workplace culture, meeting the diverse needs of employees. Working closely with the country leader, department heads and team managers, you will ensure that HR practices align with Nextview’s mission, values, and vision.
In this role, you’ll oversee the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through to development and, finally, offboarding - across both individual and organizational levels. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to management and help to create a supportive environment where employees feel valued and empowered. This position also involves managing compliance, executing local facility tasks, liaising with payroll providers, and ensuring local labour laws are followed.
what you'll be doing
- HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to UK labour laws, supervise payroll and benefits administration with providers, and keep employee records up-to-date. Manage contracts and administrative processes for smooth onboarding and offboarding, draft and handle offer letters, implement necessary legislative changes, and update regulatory documents such as the Employee Handbook.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete employee journey, including hiring, onboarding, probation reviews, promotions, offboarding, and exit interviews. Ensure compliance while supporting long-term illness cases and maintain accurate records of holidays, illnesses, and certifications.
- Performance and Development: Manage timely performance and salary reviews, ensuring fair, competitive adjustments and maintaining accurate records. Promote a culture of feedback and establish regular feedback loops with People Managers to enhance quality growth and engagement
- Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives and reinforce core values while coordinating celebrations and company events, including Trailblazer Days, charity or team-building. Promote company values with a focus on diversity, well-being, and positive impact. Represent and advocate for the company at external events.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a part time position (24 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours based on project needs and mutual agreement).Please note that, due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess valid and relevant work permits that allow full-time employment in the UK. This requirement is essential for the successful execution of the role and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this prerequisite.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on compliance, administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in managing payroll and benefits, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and handling HR-related documentation.
- Experience in managing performance reviews, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as implementing employee engagement initiatives
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of UK labor laws and best practices in HR.
- Proficient in utilising HR systems and custom solutions, including Salesforce and other platforms tailored to HR needs.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
- Capable of managing sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrating accountability and ownership by proactively managing tasks.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Process Improvement: Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing HR policies.
- Adaptable: Able to navigate and respond flexibly to a dynamic work environment.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and financial performance.
