JOB PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily reconciliation of bank and control accounts, including matching of cash and credit card transactions in multiple accounts, in multiple currencies on a daily basis.
• Daily upload of files from third parties.
• Weekly reconciliation & replenishment of Burberry gift vouchers.
• Weekly production of Aged Items Reports.
• Production of Month End bank and control account reconciliations for allocated accounts.
• Upload of Month End reconciliations into Echo Sign
• All printing and filing connected to these jobs.
• Any ad-hoc jobs that may be required.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• SAP experience
• Working in an accounts dept. for 2-3 years.
• Accurate attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills
• Able to work well in a team.
• Enjoys working in an extremely busy environment.
• Proactive and able to use common sense.
• Conscientious and willing to learn, open to new ideas.
• Good time management.
