Your contribution to Tenne T
As a Specialist Marine Operations you are responsible for the safe operation of vessels around all our Offshore Grid Connection Systems in construction and operational phase.
- Your core task is to support the nautical operations and (maritime) requirements for the Tenne T offshore operations.
- You will assess the vessels from a maritime point of view, including the careful inspection and audit of vessels.
- In the context of ,Maritime Operation Centre related document management it will be your task to define as well as to continuously improve the operational documents and procedures
- You will be the interface between Marine Operations, projects, authorities, service providers, windfarms, internal stakeholders and other involved parties.
- Together with the team you are responsible for contributing to tendering procedures, contracts and strategies.
- will work during office hours, either from home or at location. When needed and on mutual agreements with the team, you are able to work scheduled in weekends and on call duty.
Your profile and background
- This position requires a relevant bachelor degree in Nautical Sciences and an academic working and thinking level. Alternatively you have a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in the maritime or offshore environment as well as in-depth knowledge on assessing vessels with regards to industry standards (e.g. IMCA, CMID inspector) would be an advantage and or willing to become one.
- Physical fitness (for offshore operations vessel inspections)
- Safety is not only a word for you. You are working in a safe and secure way and you are willing to improve safety standards
- You are a communicative team player who works structured and independently at the same time.
- Your skills in the English language are on a high level.
- In the possession of class B driving licence and a willingness to travel when needed.

Grid Field Operations is executing Field Operations, Maintenance and (Baseload) Projects. We ensure the integrity and safety of our assets entrusted to us, while also ensuring their maximum availability. We make sure that the onshore grids of Tenne T is reliable in Germany and the Netherlands.

- As of 1st of March 2025 or earlier if possible
- The weekly working time is 40 hour a week
- Type of contract is indefinite
