Tenne T is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Lead Contract & Claim Management Offshore NL at our location Arnhem who will contribute to this and that might be you?
Your contribution to Tenne T
- The team consists of highly educated professionals of 14 direct reports;
- You are responsible for the overall team development, selection new employees, team culture, process alignment and knowledge exchanges within the team;
- You ensure continuous competency development of your employees;
- You ensure your team manage the project contracts, contract development, contract maintenance and contracting strategies for all projects within the company in relation to the contractors;
- You ensure that contract management is in pace and has a high internal and industry standard;
- You work closely with and in alignment with internal stakeholders, like SCM, LPO and AMT and external partners and ensure compliancy and transparency of all SCM activities/processes;
- You ensure contract and tender improvements based on lessons learned are implemented into the documents and processes of the projects.
- Master’s degree in Business Studies or comparable;You have profound professional experience in contract management, purchasing or a legal department of an international company, ideally in the energy, construction or infrastructure sectors.
Your profile and background
- Preferable is any knowledge and demonstrable experience in/with:
- Fidic contracts
- Contract-, claim- and conflict management;
- The contracting industry and complex projects, preferably in offshore infrastructure, from the preparation phase to the execution phase;
- Experienced in managing highly educated professionals, and you are a true leader who is coaching, developing and inspiring people;
- Proven strategic and analytical skills and result-oriented, decisive, stress-resistant and organizational sensitive;
- Experience in acting on a strategic level and you are respected partner for peer managers and external stakeholders;

Supply Chain Management supports Tenne T's activities by determining which goods and services are required to realize projects and maintenance work. We also structure and cover these needs. We serve Tenne T's internal customers and ensures better cooperation with our external suppliers.
