Maintenance Technician
Location: Bleiswijk
Salary: €2500 – €2970 Basic + 32% Shift Allowance
TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire maintenance technicians for a flagship site base in Bleiswijk. These technicians will perform preventive, reactive, and scheduled maintenance on site machinery. You will also use your electrical and mechanical skills to ensure the distribution facility operates efficiently and at full capacity.
My client is happy to speak with any technical candidates, you can be an electrician, fitter, mechanical technician, Mechanic, panel wirer or a general maintenance technician willing to learn new systems.
Shift Schedule:
36 hour working week
Shifts include days, afternoons and nights
**Shift pattern changing to two morning, 2 afternoon, 2 nights and 4 days off near the end of the year**

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, reactive, and scheduled maintenance across the entire site, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance of automated retrieval systems, conveyors, storage, and picking systems.
• Report work details and breakdown information into a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Provide exceptional maintenance support for systems installed at the client’s site.
• Maintain and care for machinery and work areas.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in either electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in any kind of maintenance and open to learning about new systems.
• Authorization to work in Netherlands.
• Holder of a category B driver’s license.
• Ability to hold a conversation in both spoken and written English.
