Reliability Engineer

Salary: €50,000 – €65,000
TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire a Reliability Engineer for a flagship site base in Bleiswijk. This Reliability Engineer will be responsible for the planning of preventative maintenance, leading continuous improvement projects, collecting and analysing performance information and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning periodic preventive maintenance (PPM).
- Collecting and analyzing information, such as fault analyses and inspection results, and supporting root cause analyses to provide relevant information to maintenance teams, management, and the customer.
- Initiating and leading continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance processes and ensuring the sustainability of results.
- Managing and optimizing existing maintenance concepts and drafting and implementing work instructions.
- Facilitating the use of CMMS software on the shop floor and generating periodic reports on installation performance.
- Optimizing and coordinating onsite spare part management and handling warranty claims in coordination with the head office in Austria.
- Collaborating closely with (Senior) Service Technicians and maintaining international contacts via phone and email.
- Holds an HBO degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or has HBO-level working and thinking skills;
- Has 4 to 7 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in automated logistics systems.
- Is analytically strong, communicatively skilled, proactive, and solution-oriented;
- Has an eye for detail, works methodically and organized, and is stress-resistant;
- Is proficient in Dutch and English, (speaking and writing), and has strong reporting skills;
- Is experienced with MS Office (particularly Excel) and preferably also with CMMS software.

Pay: €50.000,00 - €65.000,00 per year
