Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology;
• OR a closely related engineering field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in software development;
• Proven experience and proficiency in:
• Front-end development. Excellent knowledge of technologies such as Angular, HTML5, CSS and Typescript;
• Back-end development;
• Writing automated testing for software modules (JUnit/Component, Functional and Integration).

Desirable:

• Experience with developing web applications using Web Sockets (ideally with STOMP);
• Experience of working with Agile (SCRUM) methodology;
• Experience with Tactical Data Links.

Duties/role:

• Working on a full-time basis on the development, operation and maintenance of NATO software applications;
• Working with software development tools (e.g. IDE, Jira, Jenkins and Maven) and within a team that uses SCRUM as working methodology.
