Field Service Technician - The Netherlands
FULL TIME

MLH Field Service Technicians repair, calibrate and perform preventative maintenance on pipettes. Comprehensive training is provided. Training is presented in English and lasts up to 4 weeks (we combine theory with practice).
Previous experience in laboratory work is a plus, but it is not necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide quality service to all customers
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and colleagues
- Maintain and develop customer relations
- Working with customer service and sales teams to meet targets
- Perform repetitive tasks accurately in accordance with instructions
- Read and interpret technical diagrams
- Use small hand-held tools to perform calibration and repair
- Attend regular training to maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Follow prescribed safety procedures when handling equipment and hazardous materials
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ability to read and follow instructions as posted.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to accurately pipette to the Gilson Standard.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to manage a busy schedule with relative independence.
- Requires good or corrected vision.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift 25kg
- Must speak English clearly and fluently. Dutch is beneficial.
- Must have valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must have a clean, professional appearance.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able to travel frequently, overnight stay may be required (up to 50%).
- Ability to acquire new skills and to accommodate change in the workplace.
Pay: €28.000,00 - €32.000,00 per year
