- Position reporting to the BPS WW PMO manager (refer to the attached first ppt file), with operational reporting to the various OPS program managers.
- Act as operational manager of the assigned PMO resources for our BPS BLR projects.
- Accountable for the execution and associated P&L performance of all our BPS BLR projects including Qn As, Mo Cs, SD projects and EPC projects.
- Provide project management assurance to ensure that our BPS BLR projects are executed in compliance with our procedures and in line with the strategies defined by the relevant program manager.
- Focus on interdependencies across the BPS BLR projects. Identifying synergies, prioritizing, and solving constraints / conflicts across all our BPS BLR projects.
- Manage and control the project resources requirement (manning plan) for the BPS BLR projects in liaison with the relevant GRS departments.
- Liaise with the GRS assigned departments to ensure that capacity is in line with our BPS BLR projects’ forecasts (RCP workload) and with the required expertise level.
- Liaise with our program framing / proposals team to prepare handover with our BPS BLR teams.
- Attend gate reviews, dashboards, progress meetings as required by the program manager.
