Why are we searching for you?
We aim to help as many students as possible to find their dream study and make the most important decision of their lives! As a result, we want to grow as quickly as possible. You can help us to increase the number of paid portal users! You'll need to plan, manage, and, most importantly, optimize marketing efforts aimed at students all across the World. You will need to be really inventive in order to earn a decent return on investment (ROI). Of course, you must work with colleagues both inside the team and from the commercial department.
What are your three main goals?
- Increase paid traffic to the portals by 50%,
- Increase conversion rates of paid traffic,
- Double the amount of delivered leads
How does your team look like?
The team is amazing! Lead by Antonia; super energetic and always smiling. And it rubs off on the team. Anna and Manuela are working on the challenging paid marketing cases, while Iris is analyzing data to derive useful insights. Kerry is doing a great job nurturing the students, while Tonya and Jessica are working hard to grow our social media presence. And we even have growth hacker Chris in the team taking care of all the technical things. All of them are serious about fun, and there is always some laughter going on, and they take their work just as seriously!
What are your responsibilities and tasks?
- Create, implement, analyze, and especially optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive high quality traffic to our website.
- Create engaging content, and come up with new campaign ideas, visuals, and catchy CTAs in the search to the next great performing campaigns.
- Come up with creative ideas and plans to optimize your campaigns according to our main KPIs: cost per lead, conversion rate and ROI.
- At least 3+ years of experience in SEA, Social media advertising, Campaigns optimizations and Digital Marketing as a whole.
- Preferably experience with long conversion funnels.
- Experience with Google ads, GA4, Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager, Tik Tok ads, Google Tag Manager, Excel and Performance marketing, Online marketing strategies, Biddding algorithms.
- A really proactive attitude. You are always looking for ways to improve your campaigns, leaving no stone untouched. Follow-up with as many people as necessary to complete tasks. As many times as needed.
- A gregarious person who enjoys smiling and joking while working hard to complete tasks.
- Fluent in English
