As a Travel C onsultant , you’ll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. We’re most proud of our warm and inclusive culture, innovation in the travel tech space, internal promotions, and career advancement opportunities . What You’ll Do

Assist our clients on their O n l ine or Offline bookings (for modification, cancellation or complex bookings) vi a phone chat or emails.

Act as the point of sale on all Domestic & International travel requirements, arranging both routine and complex travel for air, rail, car, and Hotel accommodation.

Provide advice, solutions and recommendations and proactively offer additional services to our travelers (for example: hotel s and car s ), while ensuring compliance with our customers' travel polic y and requirements .

Apply recommendations for managing calls/emails/chat to ensure complete customer satisfaction and maintain excellent relationships.

Comply with all legal standard requirements, includ ing mandatory training, compliance and sanctions.

Meet expectations for individual/shared team goals and achieve all company KPIs.

Operate in a multi-channel service environment where you are responsible for key performance indicators of success , such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), key productivity metrics ( e.g. call/email handling time and productivity).

Follow the established organizat ional procedures while respecting your schedule for various scheduled tasks.

Coach, develop and mentor more junior colleagues in the team, as needed.

Express enthusiasm and energy within the organization while always act ing accord ing to company ethics, values ​​and compliance guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Have a d etailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules, for car, air, hotel travel .

Have k nowledge and experience in air , rail, hotel and car booking .

Be able to c alculat e and p rocess exchanges .

Have a h igh proficiency in GDS Amadeus .

Have a b ackground in Business Travel, leisure or airline reservation .

Possess a strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices .
