For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Corporate Planning Assistant in the Corporate Planning Division.
About the role:
In this role you will support the Corporate planning Division in Yamaha Motor Europe with duties to enable them to concentrate on more strategic issues. You will coordinate some matters for (new) Japanese staff members and support the HR&GA division for related issues in order to keep matters on the Japanese staff side of YME flowing smoothly.
Principle Accountabilities:

Corporate Planning Assistant
- Support in developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting of the preparation of meeting materials, reserve the venue and so on for the events organized by Corporate Planning division.

Support Japanese staff related issues (including the support to HR&GA division)
- Embassy / Chamber of commerce related items for Japanese staff. Risk management, updating of personal data including home doctor/dentist and hospital data. Initial orientation meetings with both arriving/leaving Japanese staff members. Miscellaneous items include providing Yamaha agenda’s to all the expats. Support to HR&GA division in immigration procedures.

Business Travel management
- Guard and maintain the company’s Travel Policy. Set up and maintain the Travel Policy. Ticket and check business travels. Negotiate, compare and keep track of current and potential suppliers and check, administer external travel suppliers’ invoices in order to keep track of company’s travel expenditure.

- Preferably a Bachelor Degree or higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs like Outlook and Excel;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Japanese speaking (native level) is mandatory.
