Lead Generation and Relationship Building:
- Prospect new customers through various outreach methods, including cold-calling, email campaigns, door-to-door visits, and social media engagement.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to build long-term partnerships and ensure business growth.
Sales and Client Communication:
- Engage proactively with prospective clients, converting leads into sales through effective follow-up and clear communication.
- Handle client inquiries and guide them through the sales process, ensuring a positive experience and fostering trust.
Operations Coordination:
- Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, managing logistics and resolving any operational issues as they arise.
Order Management and Client Retention:
- Follow up on orders and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Implement strategies for client retention and loyalty, contributing to the growth of the customer base.
Product Improvement and Market Insights:
- Collect client feedback to suggest improvements and adapt product offerings to meet market demand.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences to help refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, relevant experience in sales, marketing, or brand management will be considered.
- Experience: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience is a plus but not required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build relationships and connect with clients.
- Proactive attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques and customer relationship management is a plus.
