We are expanding our operations in Casablanca, Morocco, and are seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in Casablanca and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Present, promote, and sell [products/services] to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and updates to management.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences in Casablanca.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and handle a variety of sales situations.
- Technology: Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
