About Us:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lawyer to join our team in Casablanca. This role requires strong expertise in Moroccan legal practices and an ability to provide comprehensive legal support and advice on immigration matters that can draft and review contracts and legal documents to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on matters related to corporate, immigration, and labor laws in Morocco.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or mediations as required.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in Moroccan laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address legal concerns and mitigate risks.
• Assist in resolving disputes and managing litigation cases effectively.
• Support the company in licensing, registrations, and compliance-related tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher; admission to the Moroccan Bar is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or immigration law in Morocco.
• Strong understanding of Moroccan legal frameworks and regulatory environments.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for contracts and legal documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Arabic and French; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
