1. Lead and validate industrial feasibility studies

2. Manage and update PFMEA, quality plan and product/process evolution (deviation)

3. Manage and predict the resources needed to complete the task

4. Define process direction to optimize industrial performance in terms of productivity, quality and robustness

5. Organize and supervise the industrial work activities of the industrial and methods team

6. Define, update, approve and provide industry standards (green and cured) to the plant

7. Participate in key industrial projects of the company

8. Lead, manage and update the industrial feasibility of each step of the project (product RE, product OE, industrial process)

9, become part of the design activity as an industrial capability and authority

10. Follow up quality plan application

11. Manage and monitor nonconformities and deviations from standards

12. Technical ability to guide and manage industrial team members

13, Support the team to conduct customer claim analysis (8D,...)

Job Requirements:
1. have important related positions, at least 8 years of work experience in the same industry

2, familiar with tire specifications, tire design

3. Fluent in English
