Arrangement of commodity inspection, customs clearance and arrival of imported containers every month; preparation of import documents;
Ø import and export goods commodity inspection, customs, commerce and other government departments related documents in a timely manner; organise the preparation of import and export commodity inspection information, improve the document management workflow and system;
Ø all-round operation of processing trade bonded business; manual filing application, change and additions, monthly non-performing goods tax reimbursement and foreign sales to domestic sales tax reimbursement, the balance of the manual control, the manual of reasonable tax avoidance, the manual of the write-off; the management of customs manuals, manuals, reasonable allocation of the use of import and export customs clearance business to ensure that the normal development of the business; (if any)
Ø tracking and management of bonded business, and monthly bonded material write-off management; monthly write-off of manuals, reconciliation with the warehouse, to find out the reasons for the discrepancy, and timely application for tax reimbursement;
Ø Do customer carry forward customs declaration information every month, make customs declaration documents, and ensure the balance of import and export quantities in the manual;
Completing other work and tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 6,000.00DH - 12,000.00DH per month
