Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across social media platforms, CPC platforms, and native ad networks.
- Manage and analyze large-scale and multiple campaigns to ensure high performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaigns daily, identifying errors, troubleshooting issues, and implementing recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, provide weekly reports, and deliver actionable insights.
- Handle budget planning, allocation, and management for advertising campaigns.
- Develop and test strategies to improve campaign performance, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising, and performance optimization.
- Use tools and analytics platforms to measure KPIs, track success, and forecast trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and performance advertising, managing budgets of varying sizes.
- Expertise in platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, and native ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
- Ability to generate clear, actionable, and detailed reports.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization techniques and performance metrics like CPC, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO and website analytics tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- English, French & Arabic.
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
