Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recrutons un Concepteur BE SENIOR basé à Casablanca
Role and responsibilities
- Assurez l’analyse des cahiers des charges et avenants transmis par le client.
- Participez aux différentes revues de conception et aux Amdec process ou produits.
- Assurez la conception de produits et sujets de recherche (3D, 2D, croquis, etc.).
- Constituez le dossier technique en veillant à appliquer les différents brevets et standards.
- Réalisez les plans fonctionnels ou de fabrication et les transmet aux services concernés pour réalisation des outillages.
- Assurez un support technique avant-vente auprès du client si besoin.
- Apportez son expertise technique en interne.
- Réalisez des demandes d’essai (demande d’analyse des cotes,…) afin de vérifier la conformité fonctionnelle de la solution.
- Analysez les fiches d’essais, rapports d’analyse, prototypes, etc.
- Participez aux revues de lancement et de qualification.
- Réalisez les modifications fonctionnelles des articles.
Education and experience
Vous êtes de formation supérieur technique (Mécaniques, plasturgie, mouliste…), avec un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience dans la conception des pièces plastiques.
Skills
- Maitrise logiciel CATIA V5
- Connaissances en plasturgie et les règles métiers de conception des pièces plastiques
- Connaissances standard client/constructeur
- Rigoureux,
- Autonome et organisé
- Maitrisez la langue anglaise
