¿Cuáles son tus aportaciones al equipo?
- Manejarás maquinas CNC de 3, 4 y 5 ejes.
- Deberás interpretar planos 2D de piezas a maquinar (tolerancias generales, tolerancias de precisión, ajustes y GD&T)
- Manejarás herramientas de medición (vernier, micrómetro, indicadores)
- Realizarás el llenado correcto de reportes y autoverificación para calidad y líderes de producción.
- Ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos
- Realizarás cambios de herramientas y herramentales para maquinado CNC. Ajustes de cambio de modelo.
- Reducirás desperdicios en los procesos productivos y transaccionales.
- Apoyarás a la capacitación básica de asistentes técnicos de nuevo ingreso.
¿Cómo prosperar en este puesto? Habilidades, conocimientos y experiencia:
- Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en un entorno de Ingeniería de Métodos/Fabricación/Industrial.
- Persigues la mejora continua de los procesos (implantación de poka-yokes).
- Tienes disposición y actitud para la implantación del mantenimiento autónomo CNC.
- Posees el cumplimiento de los indicadores de mantenimiento.
- Tienes disponibilidad para rotar turnos.
