CBRE - Finance Manager

Location: Montes Urales, CDMX (Hybrid Position)

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (completed and titled).
• Intermediate to advanced English (conversational).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting.
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Coordination with different departments.
• Projections and forecasting.
• Accounting closures.
• Accounts receivable and payable follow-up.
• Reporting.
• Experience leading a team.

Competencies: Leadership, tolerance to frustration. multitasking, organized, independent, initiative

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
