Key Responsibilities:

• Processing admission/interim/discharge/post hospitalization claims up to the given endorsement limit.
• Liaising with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to guarantee letter issuance when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any Science related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in claims processing.

Technical Skills:

• Strong medical knowledge and analytical skills
• Good command in English both written or oral
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
