Rails (on-rails.com) is an early-stage startup co-founded by a dynamic team of three—two founders from California, USA, and one from Malaysia. We are building cutting-edge CRM solutions using a robust tech stack, including Next.js, React, t RPC, Prisma, Postgre SQL, Kubernetes, and Docker, alongside Bun and Elixir for our public API. We integrate Stripe for payments and use Playwright for testing. What You'll Do:
As a Full Stack Developer at Rails, you’ll work closely with the founding team to build and scale our CRM platform. Your key responsibilities include:

• Frontend Development: Crafting user interfaces with Next.js and React.
• Backend Development: Building internal APIs using t RPC and managing public APIs with Bun and Elixir.
• Infrastructure Management: Managing deployments with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Database Operations: Leveraging Prisma and Postgre SQL for efficient database management.
• Payment Integration: Implementing payment processing with Stripe.
• Testing: Writing automated tests using Playwright to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaboration Tools: Working with Git, Git Hub, and Git Hub’s CI/CD pipelines.

What We're Looking For:
We’re searching for a motivated and curious individual who:

• Has decent English proficiency to communicate effectively with an international team.
• Is familiar with or eager to learn our tech stack: React, Type Script, Node.js, t RPC, Prisma, Kubernetes, Docker, and Postgre SQL.
• Understands OAuth2 and has experience working with APIs.
• Is eager to learn CRM domain concepts.
• Has experience with or is open to exploring automated testing tools like Playwright.
• Is self-driven and has a portfolio of projects (personal or professional).
• Can provide a Git Hub profile or other publicly accessible portfolio showcasing their work. This is a requirement.
