Key Responsibilities

Involved in maintaining and developing software, working on both/either frontend and backend, throughout the entire development cycle.
Focus develop client-side features, integrate server-side APIs, ensure high performance, and create excellent user experiences in web and mobile applications.
Building Graph QL/RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
Design and implement database schemas using technologies such as My SQL, Mongo DB or other relevant databases.

Job Requirement

The role will involve programming in React JS / Node JS / Go Lang.
Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willing and excited to learn and explore new technologies.
Strong self-discipline and ability to work autonomously and remotely with minimal supervision.

Qualified applicants will be selected for exciting on-site or remote internship positions in various organizations.
Interns who successfully meet the KPIs and fulfill the company's expectations will be provided with a recommendation letter and may be offered a full time position at the conclusion of the internship.
Project-based positions are eligible for a commission based on successful project outcomes, company, and/or individual performance, set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings from the prior year.

Internship program
The internship program offers a comprehensive learning experience environment. Interns are expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in finding solutions to assigned tasks and challenges. The program is structured in the following stages:
1. First Phase: Study - Interns will independently engage with provided Udemy courses to build foundational knowledge, fostering self-directed learning.
2. Second Phase: Assessment - Assignments designed to evaluate understanding and problem-solving abilities will be assigned, to be completed within specified deadlines.
3. Third Phase: Production - Upon successful completion of the assessments or training process, interns will have the opportunity to contribute to actual production tasks, applying the skills to real-world scenarios.
