Job Description

• Responsible for payroll computation for all level of employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits to employees.
• Check staff’s attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality.
• Monitor and track employee leave usage, balances and trends using leave management system.
• Generate regular report and analyses on leave trends, utilization rates, absenteeism and other leave related for manager/management review.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements, including income tax, social security, provident fund, and other government-mandated deductions.
• Prepare and submit statutory payment and reports accurately and on time.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all payroll and statutory records
• To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.

• Able to work independently, self-motivated and a team player. Have good inter-personal skills.

• Being multi-lingual will be advantageous dealing with all levels of staff

• Well-versed with computerized payroll systems.

• Must be familiar with the various Acts on Employment in Malaysia and other relevant statutory regulations;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
