Employee will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring that our company attracts, develops, and retains the best talent. You will work closely with management and employees to create a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Job Scope:
Recruitment and Selection:
· Manage recruitment process in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
· Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
· Conduct candidate background checks and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Relations:
· Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts or issues, ensuring a harmonious working environment.
· Monitor employee morale and proactively implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Training and Development:
· Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
· Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to foster continuous professional development.
Performance Management:
· Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing feedback to employees and supervisors.
· Assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary, to maximize employee productivity and growth.
HR Policies and Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as required.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

· Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
· Handle payroll-related tasks and collaborate with finance for accurate and timely salary disbursement.
HR Reporting:
· Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights to management and support strategic decision-making.
Requirement:
Education Background:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR roles
· Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Malaysia.
Communication Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Ability to speak Chinese is prefer
· Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Organizational Skills:
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
· Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
· Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns tactfully and professionally.
· Innovative and proactive in proposing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Tech-Savvy:
· Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and payroll software applications.
Ethical Standards:
· Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information.
Adaptability:
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, embracing change and challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
