Responsibilities :

• To maintain stock movement e.g., Inbound/Outbound/Return/Disposed process. (Grocery).
• To responsible on stock accuracy of warehouse recorded in system (REST/ARMS/SAP) is tally as physical stock e.g., Disposed/Stock Adjustment.
• To perform stock reconciliation. (System vs. Physical).
• To prepare & constantly conduct periodic clearance cycle count which include disposal of damaged stocks (haven’t recorded in system).
• To ensure proper documentation carried out for stock movement for Distribution Centre.
• To manage any dispute arises and relevant parties involved.
• To well understand and deliver agreed KPI (Key Performance Indicator) as company target.
• To co-ordinate and undertake stocks take exercise with Finance or Inventory.
• To ensure all billing & charging documentation tallies (cost price) before submitted to Support Office Finance as deadline given.
• To perform any other duties which is related as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Retail & Trade industry.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written skills.
• Willing to work at SEGI Logistics Sdn Bhd (DC Segenting) located at Telok Panglima Garang.
