Job Description

• To follow-up daily delivery status from 3PL Trucking department and Store MMD department.
• To ensure smooth overall daily PTC operation (Night Shift) from Inbound, In Warehouse & Outbound process.
• To follow-up supplier issue (documentation, system, delivery condition, etc)
• To follow-up monthly Delivery Material Issue status from 3PL Trucking department and Store MMD department.
• Support any other special task assigned with other team member
• Discuss with suppliers on daily work schedule and resolve any outstanding matters that can cause operation issue
• Recording, monitoring and reporting to superior
• Ensure work quality is achieved and safely regulations are complied

Job Qualification / Requirement

• Fresh graduate highly encouraged to apply
• Need to work rotational shift (morning, afternoon, night shift)
• Priority candidates is Male
• Candidates should possess at least SPM, a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field, Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Able to work independently to organize and prioritise work with minimum supervision.
• Meticulous with strong analytical skill and able to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
• Have a good command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work outstation based on assignment’s projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
