Job Description
· Knowledge on ship’s husbandry – arrival info/ ship in Port/departure
· Must have adequate knowledge on EDI and online system with the various government departments.
· Ensure all documents submitted timely to various governments agencies
· Able to coordinate with various government agencies & Port Authority.
· Monitor daily vessel movement & supplies (supplier of bonded store and mails).
· Responsible to reply principal’s emails on crew’s related matters and LGs.
· Responsible to prepare invoices and others related documents.
· Responsible to do meet & greet vessel’s crew at Airports and arrange their transit to various states / countries.
· Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirement
· Candidates must possess at least SPM or Higher Sec/ STPM certificate or equivalent.
· Required skills: ship operation accounting knowledge, computer literate (Excel & Word).
· Good in written & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
· Candidate should be independent, resourceful, disciplined, has high integrity, highly motivated to overcome challenges and demonstrate desire for improvement
· At least 2-3 years working experience in related field (ship’s husbandry)
· Able to plan and organize work effectively
· Able to work independently and also as a team
· Ability to work on shift, weekend or public holiday whenever required.
· Possess own transportation
