Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Business Team, focusing on the operation of a mobile social casino game (online table game) for the global market, with a specific emphasis on the Taiwan market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, mobile gaming, and data analytics, with a keen understanding of social gaming trends, particularly in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Execution:

• Plan, execute, and deliver mobile social game projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop plans with timelines and track business progress based on performance in marketing and sales KPIs.

2.Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with teams to develop strategies tailored to the Taiwan market, increasing user engagement and satisfaction.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the operational team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to meet project milestones efficiently.

4.Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and user engagement.
• Analyze game performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Data Analytics and Fair Play Maintenance:
• Analyze game data and apply insights to meet operational service needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of mobile social gaming (online table games) dynamics and market trends.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion on time.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Korean natives preferred (Supports work-permit) : Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred
