Review the actual system. Update system to most recent version when needed.

Collect, update and review the monitored items (especially the application level) and improve the monitoring by specializing metrics and indicators, and build dashboard (includes usage of Grafana) .

Review the alerting and communication method to comply with the service definition.

Build a visual dashboarding system Using Mawi display boxes (NOC/SOC screens for Platform and Application squads) - include Azure dashboards.
