Job Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Python-based backend systems and tools to enable AI productization.
Collaborate with machine learning engineers and AI researchers to translate prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems.
Architect and optimize backend pipelines, APIs, and workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Mentor junior and medior developers, fostering technical excellence and a culture of collaboration within the team.
Oversee code quality and adherence to development standards through thorough code reviews.
Drive innovation in backend development practices and contribute to strategic technical decisions, including on-premises and cloud architecture.
Troubleshoot critical issues and provide technical leadership during development and deployment phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.
Expertise in Python and frameworks like Flask, Fast API.
Proficiency in designing and deploying backend solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premises environments.
Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful API principles, and distributed systems.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong engineering mindset.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
