Our company is a leader in its business and provides a high quality of service which has earned it a reputation in Europe. The headquarters is in Luxembourg at the Airport, and we employ more than 450 people, including 200 pilots.
We are seeking for a quality-oriented and experienced Customer service expert to take care of our contract management and clients enquiries (co-owners and charters). The ideal candidate will be rigorous, committed and problem-solving oriented. The candidate will report to the Client Administration Manager, part of our accounting department.
Your Responsibilities
You are the central contact person for all topics related to contract management.
- Maintain and update various databases related to contract’s management and invoicing
- Ensure administrative compliance to internal processes over the contract’s life phases
- Do contract’s opening, addendum, novation, call for funds, pro format invoices
- Answer to the requests of our co-owners in contractual and invoicing matters
- Responsible for aircraft registration and related ownership’s follow up
- Report on co-owners’ accounts and aircraft inventory to support business development

- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience with client’s administration
- Communication skills fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluent in French and intermediate level in English (B2)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and MS Excel
