As a Planning and Cost Control Engineer , you will oversee the planning and cost controlling of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements. Should be capable of supervising the team and leading project efforts.

This is a full-time role for Planning and Cost Control Engineer located in Kuwait City. Should be capable of supervising the team and leading project efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and cost control in construction based industry.
- Proficiency in planning software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Excel, SAP).
- Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and cost control plans.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance, updating schedules and budgets to reflect changes, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather data on timelines, costs, and resources, ensuring accuracy in both schedules and cost tracking.
- Prepare and present integrated schedule and cost performance reports, including progress updates, budget analyses, forecasts, and variance explanations.
- Identify scheduling and cost-related issues, analyze their impact on project outcomes, and recommend effective corrective actions to management.
- Assist in resource planning, allocation, and cost forecasting, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial constraints.
- Support project planning and cost control meetings, providing expert advice on schedule optimization and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, best practices in project management, and contractual requirements related to planning and cost control.
