Siamo alla ricerca di uno stagista motivato e appassionato di cucina per unirsi alla nostra brigata. Lo stagista avrà l'opportunità di lavorare a stretto contatto con il nostro Executive Chef e acquisire esperienza pratica in un ambiente di cucina professionale.

Responsabilità principali:

• Assistere nella preparazione degli ingredienti e delle ricette sotto la supervisione degli chef.
• Mantenere la pulizia e l'ordine della cucina, inclusi gli utensili e le attrezzature.
• Imparare e applicare le tecniche di cucina di base e avanzate.
• Collaborare con il team per garantire un servizio efficiente e di alta qualità.
• Seguire le norme di sicurezza alimentare e igiene.

Requisiti:

• Passione per la cucina e desiderio di imparare.
• Capacità di lavorare in team e seguire le istruzioni.
• Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare in orari variabili.
• Conoscenza di base delle tecniche di cucina e degli strumenti di cucina.
