Assistant to the Head of Global Supply Chain [TEMPORARY]

TEMPORARY POSITION - MATERNITY LEAVE COVER.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Provides administrative support and assistance to the Group Head of Supply Chain and function members by:
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Filing and retrieving documents and reference materials, conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents;
- Managing travel arrangements and filing expense reports;
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and events, both internal and off-site, taking care of both content and logistics (consolidating presentations, agenda, venue etc.)
- Participating in meetings, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions;
- Maintaining calendar;
- Managing company correspondence;
- Managing personal deadlines;
- Monitoring, responding to and distributing incoming communications, answering and managing incoming calls;
- Managing incoming invoices, interacting with both external suppliers and the internal accounting department;
- Supporting specific projects as required.
Your profile:
- Usually at least 3 years experience providing support at the executive level.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- English language knowledge
