About The Position

Responsibilities
What will be your responsibilities ?
1. End-to-End Sales Expertise: As our Defense Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support. Your ability to navigate through complex sales processes and build strong relationships with key decision-makers will be crucial in achieving success.
2. Command & Control Systems Sales: Your specialization in C2/ C4I systems will be a significant advantage in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the defense industry. You will collaborate with our product development and engineering teams to present cutting-edge C4I solutions that align with the unique needs of our clients.
3. International Sales Experience: With your extensive sales experience abroad, you will have the opportunity to expand our global reach and establish strong partnerships with international defense organizations. Your understanding of different cultures and markets will be instrumental in adapting our sales strategies to various regions
4. Technological Background: technical knowledge will help instill confidence in our customers and demonstrate the superiority of our products.
5. Business Acumen: Capability to strategize, analyze market trends, and develop business plans that foster growth and profitability.
6. Security Organizations Experience: Having worked in defense organizations, you possess a deep understanding of the defense sector's unique challenges and requirements. This insider knowledge will empower you to tailor our sales approach to meet the specific needs of security-conscious clients.
7. Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with defense clients and key stakeholders will be one of your core strengths. Your ability to listen, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions will differentiate us in the market and foster long-term partnerships.
8. Travel: This role involves frequent travel to attend industry events, meet with clients, and explore new opportunities globally. Your passion for connecting with people and exploring new cultures will make you a successful ambassador for our company.
Requirements
What is your background?
  • Vast experience selling into the defense global market -a must.
  • Ability to prepare commercial price proposals and work independently.
  • Must have over 5 years of successful Direct and Channel Sales experience in the defense market - a must.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Strong technical background - a must.
  • Understanding in Command & Control - a great advantage.
  • Strong presentation skills and personal charm to build relationships.
  • Ability to perform in a complex environment and strive to meet sales objectives.
  • Experience in leading complex sales processes, including large and multiple proposal efforts.
  • Past experience in Project / Program Management in the Defense market - an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, an additional European language is a plus.
  • MBA is an advantage.
