Position Overview: As the Head of Informal Education at the Alexander Muss High School in Israel (AMHSI), you will play a vital role in shaping the student experience and fostering a supportive environment within our community. Reporting to the Dean of Students, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing the team of (madrichim) who support and guide our students during their academic and travel group programs to ensure their well-being. This leadership position requires a strong blend of organizational, logistical, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to ensure the success and growth of our life changing programs and create a positive and inclusive residential community.
