We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to lead Evoke plc’s digital media strategy across our renowned gaming brands. Join our mission to deliver world-class betting and gaming experiences with cutting-edge technology and a commitment to responsible gaming.
Your role:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital media strategies that align with Evoke plc’s business objectives and brand portfolio.
- Oversee and manage significant digital media budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Direct the execution and optimization of complex, multi-channel campaigns, including display, video, social, programmatic, and in-game advertising.
- Establish and implement measurement frameworks to monitor and analyze campaign performance for continuous strategy improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product, content, and analytics to align strategies with brand goals and audience insights.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of digital media professionals, fostering a data-driven and collaborative culture.
- Manage relationships with external media vendors and partners to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
Your skills:
- You have 7+ years of experience in digital media planning and measurement, with a focus on the gaming industry.
- You possess proven expertise in managing large budgets and optimizing spend for high ROI.
- You are knowledgeable in all digital media channels, including programmatic, paid social, video, and in-game advertising.
- You have strong quantitative skills and experience with media measurement tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- You demonstrate leadership ability, inspiring and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
- You have excellent communication skills, able to convey insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
You have a major advantage if:
- You have deep understanding of the gaming industry, including audience behavior and media channels specific to gaming.
- You are familiar with advanced measurement techniques like data-driven attribution and lift studies.
