We are looking for a motivated and experienced SEM Team Lead to oversee and drive digital advertising campaigns, within the gambling industry. This key role requires a strong background in SEM management and team leadership, focusing on achieving outstanding results and continuous improvement.
*** This is a temp position for 12 months - maternity leave cover ***
Your role:
- Lead and oversee all SEM activities, emphasizing the gambling industry.
- Develop and manage advertising strategies and daily account operations on Google, ASA, and Bing.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and align with business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using advanced tools and high-quality data.
- Train and develop team members, guiding them toward achieving individual and team goals.
- Refine work methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance campaign success.
- Collaborate with creative, data, and analytics teams to tailor campaigns for target audiences.
Your skills:
- You have 2+ years of experience in SEM team management (experience in the gambling industry is an advantage).
- You are deeply knowledgeable in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads, and campaign management platforms like SA360.
- You have proven experience in running large-scale campaigns and managing significant budgets.
- You are skilled in data analysis and proficient with tools like Google Analytics.
- You possess leadership skills and experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback.
- You have excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- You excel in time management and can perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

- You have a background in the gambling industry.
- You are familiar with advanced SEM tools and strategies.
