Requirements:

6+ years in software development or technical leadership roles.
Proven track record in leading and delivering complex projects.

• Frontend: Material Design, Bootstrap, Angular/React, Type Script.
• Backend: Nest JS, relational databases (My SQL/Postgre SQL).
• Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, OOP, OOD, DDD, Microservices, SOLID principles.
• Web Security: Secure coding, threat modeling, vulnerability management.
• AI: Familiarity with AI technologies and prompt engineering.

Responsibilites:

This is a full-time Remote role for a Team Lead.

• The Team Lead will be responsible for leading R&D projects.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team.
• Define technical requirements, architecture, and project roadmaps.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of software projects.
• Implement modern web security practices and leverage AI for workflow optimization.
• Manage workflows using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git Lab.
