Tax Manager

Xeinadin Tax Advisory is a team of specialist tax advisors for our Irish clients and complements the work of our existing tax teams on specialist matters, ensuring excellence in tax planning and advice. Our work is diverse, interesting and provides significant added value.
We are recruiting for a Tax Manager who will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing essential tax and compliance knowledge as part of a growing impactful team of genuine tax specialists in Dublin. The work will cover some of the most interesting tax projects that Xeinadin can offer.
Your role

Key areas of focus will include corporate grouping, reorganisations/demergers, share schemes, shareholder exits, transactional advice on sales, property structuring, family investment companies, inheritance tax advice, and more.
Ownership and responsibility for client projects is required, experience of working with entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses as well as HNWI's will be beneficial.
You will be comfortable being presented as a technical expert across and client management experience is a must.
Business and client development skills a plus, but not a requirement.
As well as strong technical tax skills, you will need analytical and report writing skills to put it all together in to clear advice for clients.

The ideal candidate

Qualified tax professional (CTA, ACCA, ACA) with a 2-3 years' experience in an Irish practice
Previous experience working in a highly team orientated and flexible environment
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients
Excellent experience building and maintaining client relationships

This role brings strong career development potential to Director level and beyond.
