Tax Manager

We are recruiting for a Tax Manager who will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing essential tax and compliance knowledge as part of a growing impactful team of genuine tax specialists in Dublin. The work will cover some of the most interesting tax projects that Xeinadin can offer.
Your role
- Key areas of focus will include corporate grouping, reorganisations/demergers, share schemes, shareholder exits, transactional advice on sales, property structuring, family investment companies, inheritance tax advice, and more.
- Ownership and responsibility for client projects is required, experience of working with entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses as well as HNWI's will be beneficial.
- You will be comfortable being presented as a technical expert across and client management experience is a must.
- Business and client development skills a plus, but not a requirement.
- As well as strong technical tax skills, you will need analytical and report writing skills to put it all together in to clear advice for clients.
- Qualified tax professional (CTA, ACCA, ACA) with a 2-3 years' experience in an Irish practice
- Previous experience working in a highly team orientated and flexible environment
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients
- Excellent experience building and maintaining client relationships
