The Role

Prepare & process quotations & sales orders.
Update sales order reports on a daily basis.
Review of customer accounts and outstanding orders.
Working closely with the external and internal sales teams, and finance team.
Providing customer service on all queries i.e., products, pricing and lead times/deliveries.
Assistance with stock management and internal procurement.
Assist with logistics administration
Any other ad hoc duties that may be required during the course of employment.
Work as part of the team to assist with annual leave and absence.

About You

2 years previous experience in administration.
Ability to prioritise tasks in a timely manner.
Strong customer services skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively over the telephone and by email.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
