Academic Bridge is a well-established language school in Dublin, dedicated to providing high-quality language education to students from around the world. We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about language education, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
Job Description:
As Sales Manager at Academic Bridge, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our student base by actively promoting our language programs. You will work closely with our marketing and academic teams to develop sales strategies, generate leads, and convert potential students into enrolled clients. You will also maintain and build relationships with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term engagement with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Formulation of annual marketing plans
  • Carrying out market research
  • Development of marketing strategies
  • Development of new markets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential students via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.
  • Provide consultations to students and their families regarding course options, schedules, and accommodation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing students, ensuring they remain satisfied and engaged with our services.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Track and report on sales performance and other key metrics to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and build connections within the language education sector.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in both Portuguese and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • A results-driven approach with a passion for meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (or similar tools).
