Position: Full-Time Retail Sales Consultant in our Vodafone Store.

King Communications, a leading Vodafone partner with 21 retail stores across Ireland, is expanding! We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Full-Time Retail Sales Consultants in our Newbridge Vodafone Store.

About the Role
In this dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, hitting sales targets is crucial to our success. As a team player, you’ll thrive by building strong connections with customers and helping them find the best solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets by selling Vodafone products and services.
Handle all administrative tasks associated with sales, including customer contracts, insurance, repair requests, stock monitoring, and payments.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Vodafone’s products, price plans, promotions, and services.
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Flexibility to work weekday and weekends.
Experience in electronic or telecom sales is an advantage but not required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Proficient in computer use.
Strong ability to work as part of a sales team.
Competence in managing administrative tasks and customer service.
Commitment to maintaining store standards.
