Onnec Ireland Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Support Manager to join our Dublin based team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a progressive and supportive team with great opportunities for career development. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will be directly responsible for supporting our Ireland Sales Functions here in Ireland.
What you’ll be doing as our Sales & Marketing Manager:
- To support Ireland Sales functions/Teams by providing administrative assistance and direction to them for Tender and Proposal preparation, CRM management and report creation in line with local but also global systems and needs.
- To apply organisational and office management skills to support the Sales Team in ensuring the smooth running of all Sales Office functions.
- To provide ownership and drive towards the components e-commerce platform from design, inception through to daily and weekly management using intact.
- To provide a professional and helpful service to internal staff, supporting and encouraging their usage of the office systems, and provide additional administrative assistance when appropriate.
- To provide a professional and helpful service to external customers and suppliers in the period of onboarding and sales process/handovers.
- To work within the Services Support arena to ensure customer contracts are up to date and the information accurately reflects the contract. 3rd party supplier contracts are maintained efficiently. To make sure Supplier POs are raised.
- To process Sales Orders for the company, so Sales report can be compiled and built in Power-Bi dashboards.
- To manage the transition of a small opportunity from Sales to the Operational arena and onwards to project completion.
- Manage and creation of CRM data and reporting functions for the region.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of CRM Systems in conjunction with the presales/sales process.
- Good understanding of Intact & Dynamics in conjunction with the presales/sales process.
- Good to strong knowledge Power Bi.
- Good understanding of Estimating in conjunction with the presales/sales process.
- Prior exposure to sales team environments and ability to adapt to change and process improvements.
- Ability to work to deadlines with good prioritisation and time management skills.
