Fexco Managed & Advisory Services are currently looking for an Outbound Dialler Manager to join their team on a fixed term contract for maternity leave cover. This role is based in Killorglin, Co. Kerry with remote and hybrid working options available.

Job Purpose
The Outbound Dialler Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all outbound lead generation and dialler operations for the contract. This includes developing and implementing effective dialling approaches, collaborating with the Team Leader and Sales Coach to optimise agent performance and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, be confident in managing data and have a deep understanding of outbound sales methodologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective outbound call approaches to optimise performance and achieve sales conversion targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the operational management team to support in the coaching and development of agents to achieve optimal individual and team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze call data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to keep the sales team engaged and productive.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, average handle time, and agent adherence.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and the client to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and goals.
  • Manage and maintain the company's dialler system, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Be aware of, and ensure adherence to, any laws and regulations pertaining to outbound calling.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience of managing outbound lead generation and dialler operations.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong data and communication skills.
  • Expertise in utilizing CRM systems and dialler software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Outbound sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Dialling strategies and best practices.
  • Lead generation and qualification techniques.
  • CRM software and dialler systems.
  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
  • Data analysis and reporting.
